Returns Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags
Return request must be raised within 3 days of delivery
We request you to provide unboxing video and images while raising return/refund ticket to support you concern

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a wrong or damaged product, we will arrange a free pickup
For size or preference-based returns, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges

Refunds

We do not refund to your original payment method
Once eligible, the refund amount will be credited to your personal CRAZZYFIT wallet within 5-7 days only after we receive and inspect the returned item

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please return the item and place a new order.

Non-Returnable Items

Requests raised beyond 3 days from the day of item delivered
Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
Return requests raised without proper unboxing video and images will not be entertained
